Just a reminder that training is now on every Wednesday from 7.30 til 8.30 and everyone is expected to make the effort to come down. Disappointing to see that half of the players named in the squad for this week did not attend training*. Attendance at training will have a bearing on team selection.
Also, just because you may have been 'rotated'and left out of the squad the previous week does not go to say you will not make the team the following week (assuming you make training) as I mentioned on Sunday squad rotation is now taking place to give everyone the oppurtunity.

All players please note; that unfortunately due to the numbers we now have signed on to strentghen the squad I cannot guarantee games for everyone and this is regrettable, as I know certain players are attending training without making this weeks line up. All I can state at this stage is please remain committed to training as I value your commitment to the club and aim to give everyone the oppurtunity to shine. However, while we are still under performing, I think it only fair as manager that nobody can complain about the need for cahanges through squad rotation.
Remember only a winning team performance will assure players of a possible place the following week and everyone now has a potential team mate available to slot into their position if required.
Once again if you cannot make this weeks game and you are selected above, please let me know asap as this gives your team mates the chance of a game.
