Training on Sunday

Training is on this morning and it is important we get a big turn out this week so that we can really work on a few things and start to forget about Tuesday night!!!

Tuesday wasn't the best game we'll ever play but it was only a pre season game so just take the fitness from it and forget the result!!!

This was just a wake up call and a minor blip!! This season is still going to be a big one for Bailgate!!!

We've now had 3 of Big Phylis's training sessions & he is starting to crank things up.

Last Tuesday we had 16 turn out so we need everyone that might be pushing for a place next season whatever position to be at every training session from now on.

Pre Season Training

Pre season training continues on Sunday morning at 10:30am and I'm looking for a big turnout this week. It is important that we get off to a good start this season so attending pre season sessions is important.

Tuesday evening is definitely on too and will start at 6:30pm and last till approximately 8pm.

I have arranged some pre season games but just waiting for final confirmation on those and I will announce our pre season schedule ASAP.
