7-1!!! Get in!!! Great performance from every single member of the squad!! We all made valuable contributions!!! It's about maintaining this now and believing we can beat anyone, we shouldn't be scared of anyone!!!

Pity about the 3 penalties!!! G will be back on penalty duty from now on!

I know we have 3 Sundays without a game but I will be away the next 2 sundays, do people want to train on the Sundays and then have a friendly game on October 5th probably between ourselves??

Oh and it seems like we had an official photographer at yesterdays game, Adam Ellmer has found this photograph taken from yesterday's game of Phil Watson:
By the way any late interest in our little trip to Eastern Europe let me know ASAP as we are booking it very soon. Me, Parky and Adam Ellmer are definites so far!!

ROAD TRIP in October!!

Boys, me and Parky have a little road trip planned in the last week of October and would like to extend the invite to the Bailgate boys.

The plan is to basically backpack round Eastern europe for 6 days. The beer is really cheap in that part of europe!!!

The plan is to leave after the Bailgate game on Sunday 26th October flying to Vienna and returning on Saturday 1st November.

Stay 2 nights in a Hostel in Vienna before moving on to 2 nights in Budapest and then finally 2 nights in Bratislava before flying home on the Saturday in time for the next Bail game on the Sunday!!!

The cost of this trip including all flights, train journeys, hostels is £198 approximately.

We will be booking this next week so anyone interested needs to confirm by Monday 15th September!!!!!!

This is an adventure not to be missed!! We can recreate the film Road Trip although by train!!

The average price of beer over there is less than a £1!!!

Let me know if your interested ASAP.

This Weekend

Bailgate Night Out - This Saturday 6th September!!!!

Meet at our home ground from 6pm onwards where there will be a bbq for Matt Nicholson returning to the UK and we can get a few cheap drinks in before heading for town later on(but not too late)

Hopefully see you all there.

TRAINING is still on on Sunday though!! Just a light session 11am-12 at the Memorial Hall! It is important that we keep training despite not having a game!! So anyone that is out on Saturday should be at training on Sunday!!!

Game v Monks Road WMC

Game is at Lee Road, meet at the ground at 10am for a 10:45am start.

Don't be late, it's important that we are prepared and ready in time, PC that includes you!!!

It's a big game on Sunday and the first of the season, let's hope we can get our season off to a good start with all 3 points!

Team selection has been difficult and I think that we are looking really strong and have alot of strength in depth. It was a difficult decision to whittle the squad down to 14 and I feel some players will be disappointed to have missed out but there will be plenty of opportunities to force your way into the squad and stay there!!!

New Season

Well the new season starts on Sunday and I will announce my first squad for the game against Monks Road WMC soon.

This season hopefully will be a highly successful season and we will need all the squad's input for that to happen. Unfortunately I can only pick 14 players per week but if you aren't named in the squad it is important that you come and support the boys and show your backing to the team.

Everyone's time will come and it's up to you to take your chance to hold on to the starting place when you get it!!

Let's hope we have a good season boys.
