Well the less said about Sunday the better really, we have to put it behind us and look forward to getting back to the bread and butter fixtures in the league. We really have to show we want to do well in the league with a good performance on Sunday at home to Evolution. We certainly have the squad to do well and the ability but we have to get back to the basics. Communication is one of the most important attributes required to have a successful team and there wasn't enough of this on Sunday. We need to talk more as a team to clearly put a name on the ball and to help your team mates out. The use of the ball on Sunday didn't help either, we were under pressure at times and we didn't retain possession enough, if we are under the cosh then a spell of keeping the ball takes the sting out of opposition spells of pressure.
All in all we have to take Sunday as a wake up call and to make sure that we get back to doing what we have in the first 3 games.
We will have training tomorrow night 8:30pm till 9:30pm where we have a double pitch this week so we are looking for a big turn out and a chance to show that you deserve to be in the squad on Sunday. Due to the fact we have a double pitch training will cost £1.50 from now on.

I was shocked to read the excuses why Bail lost on Sunday. We Know why they lost, it was because the MIGHTY Nick Jones was not playing, pure and simple.Bring the warrior back.
